Ventorodigital is a full-stack digital growth agency providing performance marketing, AI and automation, SEO, social media, CRM, cloud/data engineering, web development, compliance and growth consulting services, operating from Gurugram, Haryana, India.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, or any account not belonging to you.
All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, and design - is owned by or licensed to Ventorodigital and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent, except as necessary to view it in a standard web browser.
Where you engage Ventorodigital for services (whether project-based, retainer, or fractional leadership), the specific scope, deliverables, fees, timelines and terms will be set out in a separate proposal, statement of work or signed agreement, which will govern that engagement. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
As stated on our Services page: ad accounts, CRM systems, analytics and creative assets built during an engagement remain the property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees, invoicing schedules and payment terms for any engagement will be specified in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period specified on the invoice, and late payment may result in suspension of services.
Marketing, advertising and growth outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and client-side execution. While we apply industry expertise and act in good faith to deliver agreed strategies, we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, revenue or return on ad spend unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, AWS, or CRM providers). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies, over which we have no control and for which we are not responsible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventorodigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability arising from any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at our discretion, including where we believe these Terms have been violated. Termination of a client engagement is governed by the terms of the applicable signed agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
